Terms & Conditions at 2025 events
The cost is for the rental of tents pre pitched on arrival. Accessories also available for rent include sleeping bags, mattresses & camping chairs. It’s for the entire event duration, but does not include event tickets, travel to the event or car parking etc. The price includes VAT.
Regatta Great Outdoors supply all our tents & all our 2 person tents have a 5,000mm hydrostatic head for waterproof protection in moderate to heavy rainfall.
Our 4 person tents have two bedrooms for privacy, a roomy hall and a 3,000mm hydrostatic head for waterproof protection in moderate to heavy rainfall. Our blue 2 person deluxe tents have a 5000mm hydrostatic head for waterproof protection in moderate to heavy rainfall.
Tents are for 2 or 4 people only, if you plan for one extra person you’ll need to purchase one extra wristband at a cost of €100, email us on this please.
You can only rent the accessories once you have rented a tent. You can’t rent the accessories & bring them to another campsite.
Campsite location is subject to change by the festival promoter without notice.
Booking closes 10 days before the event so please book now to avoid disappointment. If you can still purchase an option on our site then please do as it will be there for you on arrival to the festival.
Reception opening times will be mentioned on each festivals booking page.
Want to be beside your friends? We will do our best to set you up close to them. Tents need to be the same size & package. Please ask us at check in when you arrive to the festival.
No cancellations. No refunds.
Please don’t keep valuables in your tent. We accept no responsibility for anything lost or stolen.
Power is not provided in the campsite.
Checkout is noon on Monday. Please leave all rental equipment behind you.
Pending order? Don’t worry, it just says that because the festival hasn’t happened yet. We have taken your payment & your order is confirmed.
Your order number does not match your tent number so remember to check in with us at reception on arrival.
€100 deposit to be paid per tent in advance of the festival. This will be returned to you the week after once the tent has been left in good clean condition & all rented extras are present. All customers will received an email in relation to this before each festival.
Campsite Rules
No glass containers, weapons, knives (including steak/cooking knives) are allowed into the campsite or on the festival grounds
No animals will be allowed in the campground; guide-dogs are an exception
No Drones/Remote Control Aircraft, Toys & Cars, hoverboards or motorized scooters allowed
No tanks of compressed air, helium, or party balloons
No open flames (including campfires/fire pits) / tiki torches / fireworks / any types of explosive are allowed
Disposable BBQs are not permitted in the campsite
Campers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other campers
General Fire Safety
Festival go-ers are reminded that fires are not permitted anywhere at the festival (campsite or performance areas); anyone found creating or fueling fire may face eviction from the festival
Anyone found burning any unsuitable materials such as toxic materials, other people’s possessions, site infrastructure, trees or hedges onsite will be handed over to the Gardai and liable to eviction / prosecution
Fire Safety Tips
Don't use oil-burning appliances in or around tents
Don't smoke inside a tent
If there’s a fire in your tent….
Get everyone out without delay – fires spread extremely quickly
If your clothing catches fire, don't run around as this will fan the flames and make them burn faster. Instead, lie on the ground as this makes it harder for the fire to spread. Smother the flames with heavy material (a coat or blanket for example) or roll around to smother the flames
